Parent objects/spawn blocks to camera
« on: May 20, 2019, 09:16:32 PM »
People have always wanted custom HUD's. Well, I know of another simple suggetion to do this. Parenting. What if there was a way to parent an object/sprite/spawn block to the view? Let me explain myself a bit more. When parenting something to the camera, it would basically mean that the object is unaffected by anything going on in the area. It basically becomes a graphic parented to the camera view. Meaning that the object stays in the position that it was placed in in the area. Only now, it follows the camera. How do you parent an object? I had a few ideas for this. 1. Edit button. 2. Create a new button in the workstation called, parent to camera. So basically you press the button, then anything you click on will become parented to the camera. I hope this suggestion that is so desperatly needed gets taken in the next version of PB!
