I believe in the meantime you can use external applications to modify vsync. Though this would be a quality of life change worth considering.

IDK...GameCheat? I forget what it's called. It modifies programs. And is used for hacking. IDK how to use it really. I used it to speed up stuff. And stuff like that. I think I remember a vsync option. IDK what vsync is really. Isn't it like...It limits the frames per second or something?
