Title: Custom tile limitation

could we get an option to restrict placing custom tiles to be only one per space?
it's very easy to accidentally place more tiles than you wanted, and that's not ideal.

I agree. This was before the free tool was added.

I've made mistakes with adding custom tiles because of accidental placements on the same tile. It looks weird.

It also will be cool to make an option to disable the placement of a tile over the same type of tile. These only cause lag.
