Title: lightning command

When using it, you can execute a lightning just like if you're on a thunderstorm. If there could be any argumetns for it, the command should also be able to set them.

You mean, a lignthing as seen in the meteo? You should be able to combine the white flash with a thunderstorm sfx to get it.

Yeah but the cool thing is to not hide up the level structure by the flash.
