Title: Block command prompts

Add block command prompts, for example
Step on
Step out
Step in

Step on executes always the player is above it
Step out executes each time the player no longer steps on it.
Step in executes each time the player starts to step on

Oh, we'd need a whole new page for block command prompts like we do for character command prompts. Not only what you mentioned, but when the block is hit by various objects, on certain sides, etc etc etc. Then we could have WAY more control over blocks.
