If you want to have a clear understanding without reading a bunch of stuff, basically, TingTing said he wants these forums to be so safe, that a mother of an eight year old would feel comfortable with their 8 year old to be on here. This was stated in the topic "Swearing on the Forums" (link above.) Keep it G-Rated as TingThing said it. This is intended to be a Family Friendly forum.

One of the most important rules here that also have affected me is that you should not swear and even talking something innocent that you even don't think is swearing can be mentioned and censored. For me, it is quite strict which has no much sense and may be quite unclear to understand for them who have another type of world view.
Fortunately, the community and developer here are very calm and friendly and no one will be taken down very easily. :) The worst can be just mentioned if you mistake really bad.

So far, nobody has been banned. Except for when we banned all of those bots. But that was something different.
