Title: Change tiles, where are the templates?

Hello, I'm currently drawing a new tile. I have 2 questions that I can't solve.
1) Are there templates for the background image? Or what size would be best?
2) Where can I find the tiles for the animated water? Or how can I save the template and change it.

Hey Eagle. Sorry for the late reply!
1) Most tiles, like water, don't have templates you can download. You can take a screenshot and use it as a reference to how to modify your own graphics.
2) (Pro DLC required) You can add animated water to the game by adding a Custom sprite. Every frame of an animation has to be on one PNG file in one column, like this:
