Title: Discord Server?

I think it might be a good idea for Platform Builder to have a discord server. Anyone else think it's a good idea?

What is that? Is it a better server? The main website that platform builder has is the server. I think... Did you actually download Platform Builder yet?

Awesome! Glad you can join in on all of the fun in Platform Builder! Is it any better than Mario Builder in your opinion?

yes and no

Pros:
Make your own OC protagonist that probably everyone on dA is dreaming of doing
Put in your own sound effects
Make your own victory and game over screen
Custom Music without the need of copying and pasting into Upload Files
Improved Physics
Regular Music made by the developer aka TingThing that is mostly original and fits well with some areas.

Cons:
Tiles and backgrounds aren't that great looking (which can be worked around by importing your own tiles)
Custom Music is .ogg and as a result, you'll be doing nothing but converting MP3's into ogg if you want to put in fitting music

I always thought these tiles looked better than MB's tiles. You can also edit the physics for the character. Custom music isn't all that bad. And please don't swear on these forums. It's against the forum policy.

You can be the first one then.  ::)  I believe we all would be happy to have it but we also have a lot of other things we would be happy to have. A day is not big enough so you can do what we have not done yet. :)

I have been used Discord a bit and it seems to be not very difficult to learn.
