Title: Tile viewer for every item
Post by: ncrecc on June 10, 2018, 01:29:56 AM
For enemies, warps, scenery, etc., unless there's some design restraint or other good reason not to do this. Mainly a case of "why not?" as seeing every subcategory in the current item at once would make it easier to find the specific subcategory you want.

No problem! You can already do this just like in MB! Click on the button that is circled in this picture. Enemies can still be found fairly easily. You can make your own too you know.

Christian Game Maker, you did not understand ncrecc properly. He wanted to ask why you can't use this button for everything in PB. For now, this button works only for some things but not for everything.

Oh! Sorry?! :-[  My bad. I don't know why. It would be a good thing to ask though.

The reason I didn't do it for everything is because every tile selector takes quite a bit of time to make. So in the interest of getting as much done possible with Mario Builder, I only spent time on the items which most needed tile selection.

This is what I definitely understand. Time is limited, however, and sometimes some suggestions are good but you can take only some of those and leave the others for some amount of time to work on the most important things, right!? :)
