Version 2.2
Patch 1:
- Removed error preventing the user from creating a new project
Patch 2:
- Removed error when character dies in sandbox mode
Updates:
- Added "Melee" as an attack style for the character
- Added a sword pick-up item
- Added a melee weapon as an option for custom items
- Added "Unlock Color" as an option for custom items
- Added 10 new backgrounds and replaced 2 backgrounds
- Character can now fire while crouching to defeat short enemies
- Worked on reducing the file size of Platform Builder. (You may need to adjust text in your screen editors)
- Music with intro sections (such as the main theme) loop more seamlessly
- Black, gray, and white chests will not open with a yellow key. Other colors still will (since the lock on other colors is still yellow)
- Fixed some issues with attack powers and defenses between the character and enemies
- Fixed character propel-style attacks
- Fixed error message when trying to select projectile with a custom item
- Fixed an issue with an area getting replaced with a different area after testing a door
- Fixed a glitch of ducking into the ground
- User is notified if his/her graphic card needs an update for lens effects
- Note: due to added character sprites, Platform Builder uses a new character sprite sheet. If you imported your own character sprites, you will need to copy them over into the new sprite sheet layout.
