Sometimes, it may be necessary to test if everything is linked properly or how the whole playing experience will be but for saving time it does not mean we are going to play the whole game again. Sometimes we also may need to test Platform Builder also in addition to our own game.  ::)

Yes. This is definitely needed. I've been finally linking my levels in asm.
