Hi!
Appropriate? It makes me feel unclear about if it means appropriate with the laws, copyright and such or if it means appropriate considering that it only includes stuff related to PB. I am sharing some content about PB and in the future, I plan to extend my website but my website is not about PB directly but my own activity and it just includes a page also with PB. Is my site appropriate? And if not then can I send you my link about the page/pages instead of the whole website instead? ::)

Hmm... I think "appropriate" means appropriate for all ages. In my mind, Mechusars discord server wouldn't qualify.

If "appropriate" for all ages then despite the fact my game has some bad language and aggressive situations considering my game was accepted then my website also should get accepted. :)
I think Mechasaur is not very appropriate also for this forum as he has become a big critic and an opponent to Ting_Thing reasons to push back all content by Nindendo. Also, he does not behave as a person should who have a place in MB moderators that I gave to him but I think we are doing it right. He is not a total bully nor bad guy either so we still can accept everyone friendly here. :)

My new game, Castle Chamber, has some jokes that probably a child can't understand and better like that.
Appropriate can mean a lot of things, but with the rules that PB has to publish games, my game is actually more than the 95% appropriate.

A lot of games that are quite stark nowadays are still considered to be appropriate at least for teenagers if those are not just too detailed. :)

Most of the tiles, blocks, and sprites in my game are 16x16. Not much details, I think.

I think I didn't mean that. :D For example, let's take Battle Toads. Let's be honest, it is quite aggressive and have some rude humor but a lot of teenagers can play it with no problems. :) I think if it would be very detailed how blood comes out and quality of the graphics would be much better too it wouldn't be that appropriate for all ages in look. :P

In my game, most of the jokes are in the course names xD. There you can find names that mostly won't have any sense with the level.

Well, if those course names do not have any bad language then what may make your game inappropriate to all ages? ???

Snowgun or killer can be considered inappropriate?

It seems you worry too much. Ting_Thing is Christian and even he included some weapons and bullets for PB so I am sure that you won't be rejected only because of your snowgun. :P Also killing means bringing someone to a death state which has been included in most of the games anyways. You mostly can't show dying friendlier than showing your character collapsing down and not stepping on foot again.

In my game when the player dies, creates a fireball you know.

I guess I better clarify on my first post a little.

Ting_Thing, I am not sure... My website is not directly about Platform Builder and I am promoting more my game than PB but I am mentioning your and our member's sites there under the links page as our other members did to feel all connected. I can guess that my site is not appropriate because I am talking more about myself than about the others. At the same time if someone would like my game then it would motivate them also to try PB by themselves which is also one of my goals. So are we going to include my site also or not?
If no, I understand but if yes, then I am going to do as you described in the first post of this topic. :) I think no copyright nor other terms have been violated in my site. I include your intro in each of my videos that are related to PB.

To be honest, I am sorry. If my cynical outlook on the Platform Builder forums is impacting future progress on the game, I would like to lessen those qualities if you give me a second chance. It's my fault I've been behaving the way I was since I joined here and I'm not blaming anyone here for my faults. I hope you accept my apology so we can be on better terms.

It's my fault I've been behaving the way I was since I joined here and I'm not blaming anyone here for my faults. I hope you accept my apology so we can be on better terms.
If you are not nagging me then I would like to say no problem and I am glad you didn't get offended because of my comment on you not are and not continuing your behaviour that happened sometimes here. But hey no one condemned you because as I said I am rather glad that everyone is accepted here friendly. I am, however, satisfied you also accepted my comment and change something because I did think sometimes like "What? :o ". Maybe misunderstanding also because we all may be different. :)
