Title: Modify aprites of water, hud, health and other yet unmodifiable stuff.

I will like a lot if we can change sprites for hud, health, water etc.

Also, I want someway to modify the way the hud is aligned, like changing where is the hud, and some more info.

Wait, shouldn't this be a suggestion? You posted this in resources which is for sharing sprites and stuff. Not to suggest ideas for sprites.
