Title: Hook Ability

A hook ability will be cool, that will make the player get stuck to block corners. Like the character of the end is nigh, but only with the block corners upper-side.

There is a sprite for this. But if we have a sprite team who wants to really see this in PB, we can work together to add all the layers for the character designer. If we do one frame, it'll be easier to do. I love the idea.
