Title: Instant talk command

instant talk = true
instant talk = false
By default, this will be false, the instant talk when in true state, the talk command like <block 3>
will show the text instantly without the talk animation. I think on multiple ways I probably would use this, for example, for something "similar" to GUIs

It's a good idea. I can see how you would use this. Sometimes, I die in CC, and can't finish. We should nickname Castle Chamber by calling it, "Project CC"
