For example, when the player jumps, when the player gets damage when the player performs a specific ability. This also will be cool with other stuff like items, enemies etc.

Ting didn't really see the purpose of this when I suggested this. I had some neat ideas, but forgot them. So when he asked me what they could be used for, all I could think of was effects. Which would also be neat to see as well.

For example, when you double jump, disable the double jump and execute a timeline and when the timeline finishes, you restore the double jump.

I know! I had an idea related to wall jumps. If we had this, we could modify and create brand new abilities if we can come up with neat and clever ideas.

I now need this! (Specifically double jumping) for an item coming to my Stickman Game! It's not required, but it would be quite useful!
