Title: We need proper variables!
Post by: CGM on October 29, 2018, 06:19:40 PM
Variables are great! But, it requires memory, and you only have up to 50 variables. Seems like a bummer to me. We need to have variables we can name! It's easier to remember them too. Without needing to scratch our heads wondering what the number is.

This is really necessary! My way to remember variables is making a list numbering and naming them in a paper.

Yeah... Sometimes, you can lose track when variables get reset to 0, and such. If it's possible, then Ting needs to do it!

Bah! I don't need to do anything with PB, really.

But I did it.  ::)

For those of you who don't read patch updates, you can use letters or digits in variable names now, and there is no longer a limit. You still need to begin with "area var," "game var" or whatever.

The reason why people may not read update logs about the patches may be that differently from newly made posts and topics updating posts and topics doesn't bring the old topic up from the list...  I have read those logs frequently enough and I think I can call myself updated, however. :) I just try to use PB every day and if I see PB to be updated then I guess you also have updated your update log or will do it very soon.
