Romanian language isn`t supported
This product dosen`t have support for your local language. Please see the list of language s supported from down before to buy
If you want to see games and in another languages, you can modify language prefereces

Yes, Platform Builder is only available in English.

Yeah. It would be too hard to make it in more than one language for someone who doesn't have time/desire to learn multiple languages.

My language preferences in Steam are in Spanish but I have PB and works fine. I don't know why you have that error

If I understand this conversation properly then I can say that it does not matter what language you have chosen for Steam. PB is still in English because this is how it is made. Steam can't affect nor translate another application although it runs from Steam.
