As YouTube has the letter in a colored background as profile image when you register to it, why we haven't anything like that here?

Hmm... Simple machines may not allow that. Ting might be able to do this by altering the code, or by getting an extention.

Sorry to correct you but it is "extension" ;D
And I think simple machines should allow that because Forumotion also does!
I don't know why there is a difference. :(

The actual design of it could be pretty cool. I'm thinking a silhouette of the default character of PB.
