Title: [Forum Suggestion] Like, Follow buttons in topics and replies; Notifications

I think will be awesome to have like and follow buttons in topics and replies. With follow I mean to follow a guy (like yt suscribers) and then the users you follow, when they post something on this forums, you receive a notification. Notification would be a button between "My messages" and "Members". I think this will give some sociality to this forums :)

This forum maker doesn't have that option. He looked it up somewhere else, and couldn't find it there either.
