Title: Each BG layer should be colored upwards

The idea is, when you don't set vertically tile on BG, all the layers will set the color above them. I need this

What do you mean? If every layer is painting a background color, then only the top color is going to be seen because it will color all of the layers under it.


Right now the layer in the back takes the color, since it represents the farthest background element.
