Title: Allow to make projectiles totally friendly.

Useful to create great effects such as the campfire in CC (that's made with a very bad way and will not be available for other zones due to that) or other stuff, I also have a great idea to use this.

Friendly Projectile will not damage anything, but it still moves around towards it would do or do all the rest of the stuff. I have something that needs this!
