Hello everyone!
Just wanted to let you know that Platform Builder 7 will have a "Featured" category to the explore section. Featured games are ones chosen by me which I believe are some of the best games we have available on the explore section.
Featured games do not have to be completed. However, in order for your game or sandbox level to be considered for the featured section, it must...
1) Be good.
2) Have at least one screenshot or cover image.
3) Be linked to a forum page.
If you don't already have an account on the forums, then I encourage you to sign up. It's quick and easy and free, and you won't be able to make forum pages for your games without one! Even right now, there are some pretty good games on the explore section but they sadly don't have a forum page :( Don't be that guy with an awesome game but no forum page. Okay, this is what I've always wanted. ASM sadly won't be featured for quite some time. Due to it being under heavy development. And it won't be out for quite some time. But I am SO glad that it's getting a featured section! Always wanted this. REALLY wanted this! I think Level Mayhem, Invasion: Going Personal, and Castle Chamber all need to be put in featured. Those are the top 3 explore games right now.

thanks for backing me up, but both Alley and Antikore put in way more work on their games than me. I wouldn't complain if that were the case. :P

FYI, you may have noticed that the explore section kept saying that it had something new in it, even if there was nothing new. This happened because I was running tests on the featured stuff. It should be fixed now.

I feel really happy that my game in your small list is one of those that broke your really tough judgment, I even admit it and I really would like to say thank you for your willingness to say this out. However, I think Level Mayhem is actually a very good game when you experience this from the beginning to the end and it also has some super cool levels. :) There was old times when Level Mayhem seemed to go in the list as the most of creations from Explore. Now, Level Mayhem is actually somehow similar to my project considering it has a lot of types of levels but where only middle and boss fight levels are special ones. I just haven't done that many levels yet. Maybe Level Mayhem just need a better trailer that would show the best from the game in a very short time so every watcher would notice. ::)
In addition, to it PB Explore have actually also some more quite a good games that someone else does not mention and would for sure be worth of being in Featured if those authors just would continue working with their projects. :)
But yeah, I must agree with you that most of games and levels are complete trash like you say. I can say that because they will not see what I am saying. ::)

Don't let him get to you Giz. Level Mayhem is very well made! If you want my personal opinion about what Level Mayhem needs, I think it needs some stuff to buy. As you yourself has said that's what it needs. Other than that, I think you should add some special things to it. Stuff that you don't see in PB games. You don't have to get fancy, just get creative, and maybe add a bit more to the levels. To add more gameplay, and add cool stuff to make Level Mayhem a great game!
