  • ground style = athletic/custom
  • swim style = standard/topdown
  • wall jump = 0/1
  • area & world = x, y
  • sfx & fx = x
  • pause/resume music
  • fade out/fade in music
  • timeline = x
  • lens = (...)
  • distance = 1-9
  • follow player1/enemy1/spawn, 1/(...) & view jump
  • screen shake & shake power
  • rain/snow/lighning = 0/1
  • disable/enable player
  • delay (seconds) = x
  • (if) (game) var whatever = x
  • _(Message)/<ID>(Message)
  • enemy1 = item1, etc.

Sneaking past Trexes
You take part in a grand heist operation against the race of Trexes. The conflict between these two have standed for generations...
Ahh, forget it. Focus on your plan, sneak past them.

Hello! It's been a while since I published anything. Probably too long.
This sandbox was part of a different project, but since that went kind of stagnent, I decided to make it public now.

It's a short level made in stealth-type gameplay. You have to find all three keys to escape the lare - but beware Trexes. They are vigilant, and one bad move can ruin your run. Defend against them with a gun. Count your bullets, you only have eight.

@Gizgord I didn't finished this yet but for the beginning it's truly incredible, except for a glitch at the beginning: shooting the first trex before collecting the key will cause the character to be softlocked when collecting the key. Can you fix that?
I didn't think about that. sure, I'll get around to it later
Update: I finished the level, and it was overall too short seeing the potential. It's very sad you won't be making this a full game, but you do what you want...
I had a thought of expanding the idea, that's partly why I released this sandbox - to see the feedback. feedback is pretty good, so I might make this into something bigger.

there's two ways to do so - you can paste your animation frames onto a pre-made sprite sheet, or upload every animation individually as a 'Sprite'. I recommend the latter, but you could try both and see for yourself what matches you. note that all images have to be saved in the '.png' format

Update the games for 9.0? I was pleasantly surprised to find out the release of PB 9.0. It's been a joy to work with on new project files because of all the new features. However, this has its drawbacks. Most of the games on explore are ruined.

The most notable hurdle is the difference in distances. Sometimes you can hardly see what's going on because it's too small. Title screens are always ruined. There are, however, more problems. For instance, not every game works at 60 FPS, which would be ideal. In fact, mine isn't. It also had a bunch of weird problems...

  • IGP's beginning cutscene doesn't look very good. The character is cut off most of the time, and the 'Forest1' background switches from the new design to old, when text sprites appear. Bizzare.
  • CBS's visuals look great, it runs better than I remembered, but currently it's unplayable. You can't see anything.

This is what I'm talking about, we should update our games to at least work with 9.0. Especially the Featured games. I know it can be annoying to bother with, but this just isn't a good look and it could alienate new users.
