Are a little Mario like, but games in Mario franchise by Nintendo never used these specific tilesets, as they were made by Shikaternia with Mario style, so Nintendo hasn't rights on this graphics specifically, all
(I think) belong to Shikaternia.
Really, when I was on MB Forums, I saw the tileset and some people was trying to use it as it was not prepared for use in Mario Builder, I dedicated 4 hours or more to make it adapt to Mario Builder, with the blue/transparent bg, small tilesets instead of the big one etc. I decided to use those graphics I have still on my pc and use them. Also, some sprites in this game were made by me, but in the image, you can't see any of them.
