Tilesets and CP

Command Prompt has a huge impact on PB. Almost anything can be controlled by it. We can control backgrounds, enemies, items, characters, NPC's, projectiles, and such. But one thing is missing. Tilesets. What can we do with Tilesets? I thought of animated tilesets. But how? It's practically impossible! Why not give tilesets ID's? If that happens, then tilesets that aren't designed like PB tilesets won't make any sense for animated tilesets! Never fear! I've got the solution! How about only if tilesets have ground behavior checked does it get an ID. This way, we can make animated tilesets. Or, spawn tiles. Like what about creating a new invisible block (or a new mode)  where tilesets are spawned through commands? I have mentioned this differently in another suggestion, but this sounds easier to do. So, it's just an idea I had...
