Hello, I am Diovani and I am new here.

Before starting a project in Platform Builder, i want to know about the policy for imported sprites.

Can I to use sprites from NES/SNES games to created a game in PB, giving the right credits for the sprites?

Exemple: Using Zelda II (NES) sprites in Platform Builder.

I want to know it because I have some ideas for games but I don't want to cancel a project because I am not allowed to use others games sprites.

Who cares what people think. If it looks good, use it. It would look better than some of the default tiles anyway  ;)

It's not about what people will think, but if I will be able to share my game here on PB Forums. I will probably use some original sprites made by me, but I will also use some modified sprites.

Not bad! Usually I can make a character sprite sheet in 1 day. Sometimes 2 days.

I made this modified sprite. It's basically a 8-bit version of my mage.
