P2 collision remover

Sometimes the collision stuff that P1 has to fight through in some situations needs to be removed.

In NSMBWII we could carry players, throw them, and if a player die, he could get into a bubble and the others must break it to make him respawn.

I love New Super Mario Bros Wii. Yes, I am fully aware. I played it recently in fact. Anyway, you could program a lot of that stuff into Platform Builder. Except for maybe the bubble.
