I don't know if a particle creator in game setup is possible. But I'll suggest anyway. When we create our own character sprites, it may be a rocket car, vehicle or something. So if it was, say, a rocket car, I would put in a custom particle to make it look like it's emitting flames or something. Or if it was a car, it would be smoke. What would the creator be like? Well, you would be able to upload particles on a sprite sheet for PB only, select the particle and setup things like how many it emits in a second. What direction it goes in. Set the gravity and such. I would go beyond characters. Like I would have a box in custom projectiles that allows you to set a particle that you made. And using command prompt, it would just expand the uses! Like, setting an invisible command block on top of sand ground. Then it would change the particles into sand particles! This is something almost necessary to PB!
