"Never adds basic features"? I often have felt that several people from this forum strive to wait too much from Ting_Thing but this here looks very weird.
Basically if any of you make a game by yourself and I mean from scratch then the basic stuff is, for example, that you at least would be able to move and jump. PB has everything basic for them who wants to make games easily - it is the main player, some basic enemies, backgrounds, music, etc. but it now also has a lot of different ways to customize things. Have you ever tried other toolkits made for fans? My experience is often that they are always too limited, glitchy, and/or too difficult to make a game with limitations. There is no toolkit or simple game creator other than PB that I have bothered to use so long.
Even now... Although all of my activity inside PB has been paused for long already. But unlike with the other applications, I didn't stop because of thinking it too limited for my tastes but my goals have just been raised up a bit. I want to make more complicated things by using more knowledge.
