Remove other comments in own topics

It should be possible to remove inappropriate comments from others in their own topics on this forum. C:-)

I also have thought about that. It gives no moderation status to control the whole community but allows to moderate our own topics and personal public which is a feature that exists completely legally in social media such as Facebook, YouTube, etc. People choose what they want to see and who are them whom they want to listen. :)

Giving everyone moderation control could backfire. If you have the ability to remove inappropriate comments for someone, you also have the ability to add inappropriate comments to someone.

You are always welcome to click "report to moderator" on a topic if you wish for it to be reviewed.

I had known about it, I just forgot about it. And never thought it would be needed.

I actually meant no moderation feature for everyone but a feature to moderate our own topic only. This would mean we can't remove inappropriate comments with an exception when it was made in our topics.
But yeah... Everything takes time and it is not that important considering we have a feature for reporting and a very easy and businesslike administrator also. ::)

either way, removing topics from even your own topics is not ideal. you could censor replies that you just don't agree with, whenever they break the rules or not. I wouldn't expect anyone here to do this, but you never know :))
since we don't have additional moderators, TingThing has to be the middleman.

Removing/editing inappropriate comments from our topics, whatever... ::) Fortunately, we have a very friendly community here mostly and even if something has happened then, fortunately, people have been always affectable at least in most important things.
