Needed by 5.4: Some simple to add suggestions

I need to have 2 small adjustments.
1. Add a duration of "Until death" or something in the custom item editor.
2. Add duration for lousing the item after a set amount of hits.
These shouldn't be a problem. The first one is needed for Project ASM. The second is  just added.
